Free Support Extended, Paid Support Now Also Available

To bring SocialEngine clients a higher level of service, we’ve decided to expand our support staff and extend the free support period for clients from 30 days to 90 days! This means that as of today, new SocialEngine clients will get 90 days of guaranteed free support. After the 90-day period ends, additional 90-day blocks can be purchased for $50 US each.

Installation requests will be handled separately from the support period, meaning that if your 90 days are up you can still purchase our install service.

Those of you that have purchased licenses before today will continue to receive free support – regardless of when your support coverage ended – for two weeks (until January 1, 2009).

We are absolutely committed to provided the best service we can – thanks to all of you for making it possible!

    Great News! Thanks! I'm agree with Tasos, the support is half of the money and it is very indispensably for people testing SE character by character and disposed to get the whole package 😀

    It would be nice if there was a way to let us know when our support contract runs out or what or when we would need to purchase support for somewhere in the Client Area.
