Our Relaunch Has Happened!


As many of you know, we have been working on a giant transformation over here at SocialEngine. We have been working with third party developers customers alike to bring to you all a brand new e-commerce and certified 3rd-party developer platform that will be instrumental in the future growth of SocialEngine and the forthcoming marketplace.

“The new brand and platform represents a new era for SocialEngine,” states James Clark, co-president and CEO of SocialEngine. “We meticulously focused on creating a site promoting and evangelizing our third-party developers, upgrading our knowledge base, while setting the stage for a brand new e-commerce-enabled certified marketplace launch to follow soon.”

With the re-launch of our website we are offering some great new features on top of a beautifully designed interface. Here are some key features of the new site:

  • Visibility for certified developers
  • New knowledge base
  • New support center
  • New brand identity
  • Platform to launch SocialEngine Marketplace
  • Custom e-commerce platform for future products and strategic verticals

But that’s not all! We’ve also unveiled a new pricing model for our SE PHP platform. In efforts to simplify pricing and bring down costs for our customers, we are now offering two SE PHP options, SocialEngine Essential $299 and SocialEngine Advanced for $549.

“Reducing our product costs provides more budget for SocialEngine customers to purchase from our certified 3rd party developers,” states James Clark. “Giving our customers more budget flexibility to purchase custom add-ons drives home our commitment to a robust and thriving certified 3rd party developer network.”

    Hi Donna, I’m getting a 404 error when I click on a submit a support ticket link at the footer of the new website. I also dont have an active support coverage since I have only been using SE for private/offline installations and testing since 2012. That doesn’t mean we wont consider future plans for use anymore. Maybe I can send an email or something so I can give my license and details.

    Yes please send via email to support @ without the spaces. You don’t need active support to inquire about account issues. Please let support know you are asking about your account issue due to the new website changes.

    Congratulations Socialengine Team!!! New website looks clean and responsive. Certified plugins process should help in quality control and value for money for the customers. We are already been certified and planning to add our apps/plugins in the marketplace.
